1. About A Few Paws

A Few Paws is operated by:

A Few Paws creates personalized pet artwork and custom-made products based on customer-provided information and approved artwork selections.

2. Creating a Personalized Portrait

To create a portrait, you may upload photos and provide customization preferences.

Our portrait creation process is designed to transform your pet photo into personalized artwork.

Because each portrait is individually created, the final artwork may include artistic interpretation and may not be an exact photographic reproduction.

Differences may occur in:

• Artistic style
• Colors
• Texture
• Composition
• Minor visual details

These variations are part of the personalized artwork creation process.

3. Photo Ownership and Permission

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have permission from the owner to use it.
• Your upload does not violate another person's intellectual property rights.
• Your upload does not contain unlawful or prohibited content.

You confirm that uploaded images are appropriate for creating a pet portrait and that you have the necessary rights to use the image.

Uploading a photo does not transfer ownership of the photo to A Few Paws.

You retain any rights you already have in your uploaded images.

You give A Few Paws limited permission to use the uploaded photo only as necessary to create your requested portrait, provide previews, produce your approved product, complete your order, and provide customer support.

4. Artwork Review and Approval

Before production begins, you have the opportunity to review your portrait preview and confirm your selections.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing:

• Pet appearance
• Artwork style
• Composition
• Crop
• Frame selection
• Product size
• Order details

We prepare your order for production only after your portrait and product details are approved and your payment and order are confirmed.

Once production begins, the approved artwork becomes the basis for your custom product.

5. Custom-Made Products

Each A Few Paws product is created specifically for the customer and their selected pet portrait.

Because these products are personalized and made to order:

• We cannot resell completed products created for another customer.
• Changes after production begins may not be possible.
• Standard returns based only on a change of preference are not accepted after production begins.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has another qualifying issue, please contact us according to our Refund Policy.

6. Orders and Payments

Product details, customization options, pricing, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed before payment.

Submitting payment does not create a final production obligation until your order is accepted and confirmed.

You are responsible for reviewing your order information before completing checkout.

We may contact you if additional information is needed to complete your order.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because personalized products require preparation after purchase, cancellation and modification requests are time-sensitive.

You may request cancellation or address corrections within two hours after payment.

Use the order tracking page to request a confirmation email. Confirm within 15 minutes of submitting your request. A link requested within two hours of payment remains valid until its own expiry, even after the two-hour request window ends.

After this period, your order may already be prepared for production, and changes may no longer be possible.

Changing:

• Uploaded photo
• Portrait choice
• Artwork selection
• Frame option
• Product size

may require cancellation and placement of a new order. Cancellation must meet the request and confirmation deadlines in our Refund Policy, and the order must not have entered production.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Upload content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to access another customer's information.
• Interfere with website security or operation.
• Use automated systems to abuse or disrupt our services.

We may restrict access or refuse service when reasonably necessary to protect customers, our platform, or our legal rights.

9. Product Appearance and Expectations

Because personalized artwork and physical printing involve creative interpretation and manufacturing processes:

• Digital previews may appear slightly different from printed products.
• Screen brightness and device settings may affect color perception.
• Minor differences between preview images and final products may occur.

These differences do not automatically constitute a product defect.

10. Availability and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product information.

However, errors may occasionally occur regarding:

• Availability
• Pricing
• Product options
• Shipping information

If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you and provide available options, which may include correcting the order, offering an alternative, or issuing a refund when appropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

• Brand elements
• Logos
• Text
• Website design
• Original materials

belongs to A Few Paws or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Uploaded photos remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Service Availability

We continuously improve our services but do not guarantee that:

• The website will always be available.
• Every uploaded photo will produce a satisfactory portrait.
• All features will remain unchanged.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our service when necessary.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A Few Paws is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Governing Terms and Consumer Rights

These Terms are intended to provide clear information about our services while respecting applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you may have under applicable law.
