Choosing your photo
Use an ordinary, clear phone photo taken at home. Show both eyes, the whole face and both ears; everyday backgrounds are fine.
Before you order, you’ll see your own pet in your chosen style, not just a sample portrait. Take your time to look over the artwork, check the crop and choose your size and frame. Your preview is free, and you only pay when you decide to order the finished piece.
Your approved artwork is printed on museum-quality enhanced matte paper for a refined, non-glossy finish. A lightweight wooden frame completes the portrait, while a clear acrylic front protects the print. Hanging hardware is included, and your artwork arrives framed—no need to find a separate frame or arrange custom framing.

Made to order
After you approve your portrait and complete checkout, we prepare your order for printing and framing. Delivery time includes both production and shipping—not just the time your package spends in transit.
U.S. delivery
Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. Any applicable taxes and your order total are shown before payment. See our Shipping Policy for production and delivery estimates. Arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees, so please allow extra time for gifts and special occasions.
We’ll share tracking details once your order ships and tracking becomes available. If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
Changes & cancellations
You can request a cancellation or address correction within 2 hours of payment. To request cancellation, use your order page and confirm through the email link within 15 minutes of your request. A link requested within the 2-hour window remains valid until it expires, even after that window closes. Cancellation must meet these deadlines, and your order must not have entered production. Address changes depend on your order’s processing status.
Returns
Every portrait is made specifically for you, so we don’t accept change-of-mind returns or refunds once production begins.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or with missing items, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and help with the next steps.

Help if there’s a problem with your order
Your portrait should arrive in good condition and match the artwork and product options you approved.
If it arrives damaged, has a printing defect, is incorrect or is missing items, email support@afewpaws.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, a clear photo of the whole item and close-ups of the issue. Please keep the packaging and include photos of it where relevant.
We’ll review your report to confirm the issue. Available solutions include a replacement at no extra cost, or a refund when replacement isn’t practical.
