Order review and processing happen before production and take additional time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons and holidays, production and shipping may take longer than the estimates above. Once shipped, check your tracking for the latest delivery estimate. Arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees.

What if I don’t like my preview?

You can decide not to order. Check the face, markings and composition before confirming your portrait. If something is unclear, contact us before buying.

Do I need a professional photo?

No. Use a clear, naturally lit photo of one cat or dog, with the face and ears visible. Our photo guide shows what works and what to avoid.

Where do you ship, and what if something arrives wrong?

Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind once production starts. Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery about damage, defects, incorrect or missing items. See our refund policy for review and replacement terms.

How is my photo used?

Your upload is used to create your portrait. Our privacy policy explains photo processing, storage and your rights.
