Behind the style
Van Gogh’s Self-Portrait with a Straw Hat inspires the woven hat, working clothes and animated color of this portrait. Short, directional marks give the image its distinctive sense of movement.

Made to order
After you approve your portrait and complete checkout, we prepare your order for printing and framing. Delivery time includes both production and shipping—not just the time your package spends in transit.
U.S. delivery
Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. Any applicable taxes are shown separately before payment.
From the time your order is submitted for production, allow approximately 5–9 business days for delivery. This includes production and standard shipping; it excludes order review and processing before production. Arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees.

We’ll share tracking details once your order ships and tracking becomes available. If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
Changes & cancellations
You can request a cancellation or address correction within 2 hours of payment. To request cancellation, use your order page and confirm through the email link within 15 minutes of your request. A link requested within the 2-hour window remains valid until it expires, even after that window closes. Cancellation must meet these deadlines, and your order must not have entered production. Address changes depend on your order’s processing status.
Returns
Every portrait is made to order, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns once production begins.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or with missing items, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if covered, or a refund when replacement is not practical.

Help if there’s a problem with your order
Your portrait should arrive in good condition and match the artwork and product options you approved.
If it arrives damaged, has a printing defect, is incorrect or is missing items, email support@afewpaws.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, a clear photo of the whole item and close-ups of the issue. Please keep the packaging and include photos of it where relevant.
We’ll review your report to confirm the issue. Available solutions include a replacement at no extra cost, or a refund when replacement isn’t practical.
