Behind the style
The Empress is built around garden abundance: wheat, roses, pomegranates and a starry crown make the scene feel cultivated and cared for. Their purpose is not to crown the pet as a ruler, but to turn the surrounding space into a generous, living setting.
The reclining body and open chest make comfort visible, while the cushion gives the paws a natural place to rest. Greens, ripe red and warm cream are layered in tactile strokes, with enough clear fur around the face to preserve the feeling of a beloved animal rather than a costume character.
Photo & preview checks
A photo showing the face, chest and natural fur colour gives the best starting point. Soft side light is useful for pets with subtle texture or pale markings.
Compare the preview with your photo: check the eyes, ear shape and distinctive markings, then review the crop and how the head meets the body or clothing before approving.
Your approved artwork is printed on museum-quality enhanced matte paper for a refined, non-glossy finish. A lightweight wooden frame completes the portrait, while a clear acrylic front protects the print. Hanging hardware is included, and your artwork arrives framed—no need to find a separate frame or arrange custom framing.
Made to order
After you approve your portrait and complete checkout, we prepare your order for printing and framing. Delivery time includes both production and shipping—not just the time your package spends in transit.
U.S. delivery
Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. Any applicable taxes are shown separately before payment.
From the time your order is submitted for production, allow approximately 5–9 business days for delivery. This includes production and standard shipping; it excludes order review and processing before production. Arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees.
See our Shipping Policy for the full delivery conditions.
We’ll share tracking details once your order ships and tracking becomes available. If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
Changes & cancellations
You can request a cancellation or address correction within 2 hours of payment. To request cancellation, use your order page and confirm through the email link within 15 minutes of your request. A link requested within the 2-hour window remains valid until it expires, even after that window closes. Cancellation must meet these deadlines, and your order must not have entered production. Address changes depend on your order’s processing status.
Returns
Every portrait is made to order, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns once production begins.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or with missing items, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if covered, or a refund when replacement is not practical.
Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for full details.
